Staying Present in Time of Crisis, Online Support Group
Learn how to stay present in the face of adversity. In this ONLINE support group you will learn helpful, mindfulness-based ways to cope with with the stress of the current social and health crisis, and better manage the necessary adaptation to new ways of relating, working and functioning.

MORE ABOUT THE GROUP FACILITATORS: About Dr. Rosa Di Lorenzo: Influenced by her upbringing and education in Italy as well her American education as a doctor of clinical psychology, is a Integrative and Holistic Psychotherapist in private practice in Sacramento California. Dr Di Lorenzo has been practicing meditation regularly for almost 40 years, deriving uncounted benefits from this consciousness-developing practice. She has facilitated meditation groups in a variety of settings, and she also trains individually in mindfulness-based practices for stress reduction, health and wellness.
About Rose Carol: Received her masters degree in clinical counseling from Pacifica Graduate Institute and has been an Ayurveda Health Practitioner since the 1980’s. She has taught evidence meditation since 1983 and has a private online and in the Chicago area offering Ayurvedic Approaches to Emotional Balance and Digestion. www.ayurvedahealthcoach.com
