This group will teach you the basis of mindfulness meditation and other stress reduction practices,
which cumulative evidence shows as to be such a strong contributors
to mental health and wellness, and you will be able to practice at home.
In the case of anxiety and depression, where the mind
is constantly projected into the future (anxiety)
or mulling over the past (depression),
with the unpleasant results we are all accustomed to,
this practice can be of great help by helping you learn how to
be in your body, rather than in your head,
with presence and kindness.
You'll learn to accept your internal experience more
and more, and to be with what is,
without needing to modify, reject, avoid or somehow
Even if meditation is already part of your routine,
this group will help you to tune-up, understand,
reinforce, deepen, or get a fresh start in your practice.
