Women in Presence, Online Mindfulness-Based Processing Group
Learn to develop skills that will help you to stay present to your life's situation, as you make values-based choices to change what you need.
In this ONLINE group you will learn helpful, mindfulness-based tools to cope with the stress and challenges you may be experiencing in your personal life, in relation to the evolving public health situation, and as you go through life transitions.
In this safe, supportive environment, you will be able to practice deepening Awareness and Presence, with meditation and other psychospiritual and health practices. You will be able to share about your experiences and receive feedback and support from the group.
Group facilitators: Rosa Di Lorenzo PSYD, and Rose Carol MA. WHEN: For 8 weeks on Mondays (Tuesday is also currently up for debate) from 4:30 to 5:45 p.m WHERE: Online via ZOOM COST: $480 for 8 sessions, payment is due in advance INSURANCE NOT ACCEPTED
Tentative Start Date: TBD. Again, there is a possibility that group will take place on Tuesday night instead of Monday, TBD. It will be ultimately be the decision of the participants which day will be.

MORE ABOUT THE GROUP FACILITATORS: About Dr. Rosa Di Lorenzo: Influenced by her upbringing and education in Italy as well her American education as a doctor of clinical psychology, is a Integrative and Holistic Psychotherapist in private practice in Sacramento, California. Dr Di Lorenzo has been practicing meditation regularly for 41 years, deriving uncounted benefits from this consciousness-developing practice. She has facilitated meditation groups in a variety of settings, and she also trains individuals and organizations in mindfulness-based practices for stress reduction, health and wellness.
About Rose Carol: Received her master degree in clinical counseling from Pacifica Graduate Institute and has been an Ayurveda Health Practitioner since the 1980’s. She has taught meditation since 1983 and has a private (online and in the Chicago area) practice offering Ayurvedic Approaches to Emotional Balance and Digestion. www.ayurvedahealthcoach.com
